"I had a very negative experience with this company. Upon placing my order I waited for the phone call so I could give a credit card to complete the purchase. When I got the call I was unavailable, but attempted to return it as soon as possible. It took 5 attempts before I was able to speak with someone - 3 with no one ever answering the phone, 1 with it being answered and me being disconnected, and 1 with having to leave a message with someone to get Anna to call me back. Anna called me back later and I gave her the credit card information. She told me it went through and the order was complete. Two hours later I received a phone call from Melanie asking for payment. I told her I had already paid. She checked on it and called me back to let me know it was indeed paid. Then later in the evening I got an email confirming an order for items that I DID NOT purchase. I responded today inquiring about the mistake, and they said they had caught it and corrected it. Apparently there is no communication within the employees, no one can answer the phone, and they can't keep up with orders. I'm not sure I ever want to do business with this company again."
